How do I add a creditor to my bankruptcy?
- You will need the name and address of the creditor(s) and the balance(s) owed.
- The debt(s) must be Incurred prior to your bankruptcy being filed.
- You will need to pay a 32.00 court fee to add creditor(s).
After you gather the needed information you can fill out the attached form and email/fax it to the office and pay 32.00 with debit or credit over the phone, Or come into the office to fill out the form and pay 32.00 with debit, cash, money order or cashiers check made out to E Orum Young Law LLC 200 Washington St. Monroe LA 71201.
