What if I receive this document in the mail "Notice to Debtor(s) of Requirement to File Chapter 13 Debtors Certification Regarding Domestic Support Obligations and Section 522(q)"?

E. Orum Young Law mails you the needed document to be filled out, signed, and dated. Once you have completed it, you can either drop it off at our office, mail it back, or email/fax it. If you would like to email, Please email the completed form to documents@eorumyoung.com and put attention “Front Desk” or you may fax it to 318-388-1294 also attention “Front Desk”. This form is needed to file for your discharge so it must be received within 15 days of receiving this notice.  You also must have taken the financial management course for us to file this Notice with the Court.

If you have not received the mailed copy or have lost it, you can come into the office and sign it Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
