What are the Ch 13 payment options?

There are four different options for making your monthly payment to the trustee.

Money Gram

The fastest way to make sure your payments post is through Money Gram. Our office can create a MoneyGram card for you to take to your local Walmart to send your payment off to the trustee and will post within 24-48 hours.

TFS Bill Pay

Another option would be to go online at TFSbillpay.com and create an account to pay with your debit card/bank account. This payment could be set up to automatically come out on a specific date every month. This option will take about 7-14 business until your payment is posted.

Mail Payments

You can also mail your payments to the trustee using a money order or cashier's check. If you do choose this option, please be sure to include your case number on the form of payment before being sent off, as this process can also take anywhere from 7-14 business days.

Payroll Deduction

The last option is through payroll deduction. If you are currently working and prefer to not have to try to remember to make your payments, we can provide you with a payroll deduction form. If you do choose this option, please attach a check stub to the form and either mail it to the address on the form or bring it by our office.
