First Payment Due Date

When is the first bankruptcy payment due?

Your first bankruptcy payment must be received by the trustee within 30 days of your case being filed. Moreover your due date will be on the same day each month as the day your first payment was due.  Clients and look up and review payments by setting up an account at https://www.ndc.org/home.

Mailed payment should be sent in 10 days before the due date.  Please retain a copy of the cashiers check or money order for every payment.  A list of addresses to mail payments.
Online payments should be sent in 5 days before the due date.  Links for online payments.
