We are sincerely sorry for your loss.  In most cases you will need to meet with an attorney.  There are numerous options available that are specific to your case.  Although many cases get dismissed following the death of a client in bankruptcy, there are cases where the family is allowed to continue the bankruptcy.  In either case we will need a copy of the death certificate and a Notice of Death must be filed in the case.
